Threatening call from Tata Docomo collection agent

I had an account with Tata ADSL account No.: 974314587.I had disconnected this account on December 2009 and inspite of that I have been billing for the services that I have not used. I had called the service center twice for this matter but every time they used to lodge a complaint and send some technicians to visit. Please find the complaint NOs. 192935613 & 203585963. The lady that had called me from your head office Sukanya Kamble – 9819591449 did not entertain any of my calls, she used to disconnect all of my calls. I even wrote an email to zonal officer Mr. Mahesh Rasal, Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited, D-26, TTC Industrial Area,P.O. Trubhe,Navi Mumbai – 400 703 but never heard back from him.


In spite of me following up every time with your representative and telling the reason all over again you send me a notice for payment for the service I never used and was not at all up to the mark. Even the technical person who visited my premises told the same thing that the marketing guys just tell but you never get the speed we promise, this is from your own guys and then you want us to trust you guys.

After so many years where I was following up with you guys, in spite of that I get a threatening call from your collection agent stating that a warrant will be issued against you if not paid within one hour. Is this how you treat anyone? The call from a person who told himself as Arvind Chaudhry Delhi High Court. He asked me if I want to settle the dispute off court or else pay the pending amount Rs. 2170 + penalty fees of Rs. 35,000. After talking to you call center representative he told that it might be our collection agent, when I asked him to check for the above mentioned complaint numbers he responded saying that we don't keep such old ID with us. What was that if you can keep the customer records why not keep the complaints raised by them. I even had a word with the senior but he suggested me to visit the nearest store and sort this issue out, he told me that the store persons should have the complaint you had registered. When I asked him his name he disconnected my call. I am not going to tolerate this anymore. Request you to take strict action against this.
