I have applied for an Internet connection from YOU Broadband company since last 30 days but yet the services have not started.
The reason being given is that my neighbor (existing customer of YOU) is not letting them to use his terrace.
This was the last thought off reason I could expect from such a reputed company. This is a silly and rubbish reason.
And it's not that I have bad relations with my neighbor, I have just shifted to this place few months back. I have not even spoken to him since shifting.
Awaiting your quick reply because now even the agent through whom I applied is not picking up my phone.
Please understand that I have paid for the connection.
