Reliance broadband frequent disconnect

Hi,

My reliance broadband is disconnecting frequently, this problem started occurring a couple of days back. When this problem occurs then i am unable to ping the assigned gateway address itself. So the internet does not work.

The gateway address is 123.236.38.1. Kindly resolve this issue and let me know on my registered email address or the mobile number 9654331177

My subscriber number is 324670123590.
