I bought a Philips In-Ear Headphones SHE3570 BK from Snap Deal with Order number: 1058670332 on 18-06-2013. Product warranty was for 1 year (Manufacturer Warranty). After a month, One side of the earphone was not working, I took it to the service centre in Varanasi after confirming it from the Toll Free number of Philips Customer Care given on its web site. The service centre details are : M/S Elmech Engineers, B27/92,12-13,JAWAHAR NAGAR,BHELUPUR,VARANASI-221010. Contact-05422276648.They received it on 30-07-2013 and told that it will take around a week for replacement, I submitted it to them. Then contacting with them after a week they said it will take a few more days for replacement. Finally after calling 3 times they confirmed me on 14-08-2013 that it has been replaced and you can receive it. I rushed to the service center that day only and I was shocked to notice that the replaced product provided by them was not of the same model and also not working(one side of the earphone). They said you won't get the same model product again and have to submit it again, I was totally frustrated that after 15 days of waiting they are giving me a different model product and too a defected one. I have no options left, I submitted it to them again and dropped a mail to Philips Customer Care (philips_5366974@philips-customercare.com) regarding the whole problem. They called me and asked about it and assured me that I will get the same model product within 2 weeks maximum.I contacted with the service center in Varanasi 3 times yet after completion of 2 weeks product is not replaced and I also mailed to Philips 3 times yet they say it will take more time sorry for inconvenience again and again. Today it has been 15+ 16=31 days i.e. a month and I haven't got an earphone replaced by Philips which is in warranty. This is really pathetic service by such a reputed company. Customers like us are really irritated by this. I just want the same model product replaced in good working condition quickly. Kindly look into the matter. I have attached a zip file containing the bill of the product in pdf format and 4 mail enquiries for the product replacement with Philips Customer Care in jpeg format.I have complained with very high hopes that action will be taken. I also complained once 3 years ago against timesdeal and you took quick action and complain got resolved. Kindly, do the same this time also.Kumar Akshit (8081466202).
