Beware Reliance communication is thieve in pune area

I opted for Reliance broadband to get a Internet connection on 03/04/2013.

I gave him 1150 Rs for internet installation and all the documents.


After that my bill is generated on 27'April2013 fos Rs. 496. I paid this bill and cosecutively I paid three more bills.


On 23'July 2013, I surrender the connection. and I paid total 2873 for whole duration. And my last bill was generated on 27july even though i was paying advance bill and terminated the connection but reliance communication contuniously run my connection. Now in august I got call and they are saying that you 2 months bill pending. But you got waiver of 1728. They have adjusted the bill from waiver and now they are not returning my money. Even I got call CCE that give your bank detail they will credit amount directly but now it almost 20 days they are not responding my call.




I will suggest friend never go for reliance broadband specially in pune wakad area. You would not get speed and most of yhe time internet remains out of service.


Plese dont go for it if you want to live a hassle free life.
