Future Group's Fraud planetsportsonline.com

Planet Sports online Fraud Company. Another Future Group's Failure. I placed order(1336838) on 28th Last month on planetsportsonline.com and since then my order says "Ready for shipping". I also placed Cancellation request but didn't hear anything from planetsports. i have called customer care number so many times and spoke to useless customer care reps with no luck.
