Respected Sir I have been frauded by the sony Service center in aligarh I repaired my laptop from the service centre and the service incharge told me the guarantee of the motherboard is of 6months and they didnt give me on written and when my mother board is again damaged then they change there words when I went to repair it again they told me to wait now after around 45 days they told me the guarantee was of 3 months and u have to again pay 12000rs such a big amount for a student sir I cant afford it again n again please help me I need my laptop to much in my study I m having loss in my studies too I will be highly thankful to you please sir help me my contact no is 7417415061am writing to you to raise my voice against the service provided by the Sony Service center in a

In Feb 2013 I visited the centre with my laptop which is a Sony Vaio Model No.: VPCEA-16FA.
The people at the service centre asked me to wait for a few days and that they would contact me and inform me about what the issue is. Neither I received any call nor any kind of message. The time I would contact them they would tell me to wait even further. So after what seemed like ages I came to know that my lappy's INTEL CHIP is not in function. The head Mr. Shailendar asked me to replace the entire motherboard as the chip is inbuilt in it.
This entire process ended after 2months I got my lappy and a charge of 11935 Indian Rupees.
At the time of receiving the laptop I was told by Mr.Shailendar that there is a guarantee period of around 1 year. POINT TO BE NOTED IS THAT THIS WAS NOWHERE WRITTEN BY THE SERVICE CENTRE THAT THE GUARANTEE PERIOD IS OF ONE YEAR.

We submitted the laptop on 27 th of 2013 and the same thing about no info to us happened. I tried the toll free numbr of your center and after continous attempts of call transfers and waitings I come to know that the serial number that I was given (275232827002138) is not in your records.

The people at the service center tellme that they in any way are not responsible for this loss.
