Complaint against Airtel regarding billing

Dear Sir,

I have activated 125 gprs plan on 11 Aug 2013 and I received a sms that same will be activated in 4 hours.

But after a month when I received a bill, I saw plan was not activated and I was heavily charged. I check with CC but no response from them.

I am fed up with such a service from Airtel.

Can you look into this issue?
