complaint against delay in issuing Rupay Card by bank of india branch gagomahal

I have my account no.
in bank of India branch gaggonahal.I have applied for rupay card in the bank for many days. I go daily to enquire about it but the bank officials have not been responding me satisfactorily. Please resolve my problem.
