THIS IS TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MTS MBLAZE.I TOOK THIS MTS MBLAZE DONGLE WITH A 1 GB Rs.450 PLAN ABOUT 1 YEAR AGO.WHEN I TOOK THIS CONNECTION THE SIGNALS IN THE WIRELESS MODEM WERE STRONG IN OUR AREA.AFTER 4-5 MONTHS,I STARTED GETTING VERY POOR SIGNALS(1 or 2 bars)IN OUR AREA(EVERYWHERE ELSE IWAS GETTING FULL SIGNAL AND I LIVE IN THE HEART OF THE CITY).CONNECTION BECAME VERY SLOW AND SOMETIMES DEVICE IS ALSO NOT BEING CONNECTED AS RED LIGHT IS BLINKING ON THE MODEM.EVEN AFTER FREQUENT COMPLAINING,THIS ISSUE WAS NOT SOLVED.IT WAS NOT THE PROBLEM WITH THE DEVICE,AS I WAS GETTING RANGE EVERYWHERE ELSE.IT IS THE PROBLEM WITH THE TOWER.EVEN AFTER COMPLAINING FOR MANY TIMES NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY THE CUSTOMER CARE.PLEASE LOOK INTO THE SITUATION.MY MTS MBLAZE NUMBER IS 9142183742.THE LAST COMPLAINT REGISTERED BY ME IN THEIR CUSTOMERCARE IS (c13-52385744).PLEASE MAKE THEM TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE.
