I recharged...Rs 20 on my reliance nmbr 9018346658 on 11-09-2013 making my total balance around Rs 33.....same day i receive a sms from reliance saying "thanx for subscribing to hello tunes Rs 30 have been deducted from your account" which i never did....i called customer care....n they assured me...that they will refund the entire amount in 24 hrs under call refrence number 2087792249......nows its 16th today...i have been calling reliance continuously since 3 days....but they hang up saying "our server is down we cant help u...call again later"......
