complaint against shopclues.com for non delivery of product

hi,
i have ordered a set of 2 facewash in shopclues.com on 9th sep 2013. then igot the sms that "your product shipped".9 days have passed but the product is not deliver to me yet.and on 18th sep 2013 in my shopclues account ststus is showing"YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE". i tried contacting customer support via email but they are not giving any satisfactory resaponse.
when i try to track the product it shows a wrong destination and does not provide any detail information.

i think i have been cheated.
