I have purchased online, one mobile phone (samsung galaxy grand duos) from ebay on 18.03.2013 worth Rs.20940/- by credit card. but no delivery done by seller, so finally i claimed for refund in ebay. After so many conversation from ebay customer care finally they register my complain on 28.03.2013 complian register no.189804. then lakhs of talk and confirmation they ready to pay me refund Rs.20940/- and 10.04.2013 they done transaction No. MHCC2945291645 (ebay saying) but no refund transaction reflecting in my credit card and now credit card were charging interest amount for late payment. When i call my local HDFC bank branch and credit card department bangalore by telephonic they said there is no transaction id can traced which was provided by ebay customer service. now two months have been passed and till date i am suffering. everyday i am sending mail bank and credit card statement to ebay office (customerhelp_in@ebay.com & paisapaydocs@ebay.com).
