This is on reference to my orders placed with HomeShop18.com
The orders were to be delivered in 10-11 Days as mentioned on their websitewhile purchase,but they failed to do so.Even after which when i called up their customer care they just ended up asking for 48 hours.
I placed complaint tickets which were closed by their representatives saying that the Order is ready to be shipped,but they did not do so till date.They never provided any update.
Proof of Support Tickets Filed: 81348767, 81673109, 81535453, 81314463, 81314457, 81200003
NOTE: When i mailed Homeshop18 that i will file a legal case against them, i got emails from their representatives (Helena Minz Ph:0120-2441918 Extension 112 and Avinash Kumar Ph:0120-2441918 Extension 101) giving misguiding wrong information saying that they will update me and shipment will be delivered to me in 2 days which did not happen till date.
