Highly irresponsible tikona management

Not sure where to start from. I requested the termination of my connection on 20th October 2013 in pune and duly informed Tikona that i'll be leaving within 3 days outstation. They agreed for termination. and after a month or so Tikona agent called me saying he came for collecting the device.

1. How on earth can Tikona be so irresponsible even when I informed i'll be leaving the city in three days and agent called me for collecting the device after a month and half?

2. Even when he called i gave him the directions to collect the device at home, he never called me again. This means he got the device back.


Then why am I getting this billing email.

and originally i paid a sum of Rs. 2950/- which included three months advanced payment which comes out to be somewhere around 2300/- and rest was the security amount.

Tikona never cared or emailed me about my security amount but sent this irrelevant billing email. Please have my contact : 9650730449

I called the number mentioned in the recovery notice and he said you need to submit the amount of 1341 to avoid visiting courts in case Tikona files a case against you. I paid the amount and as per his words I'll should be getting the connection termination letter.

Now where is my security deposit. Will Tikona ever take care of it? such MORONS. They are so cheap in service that nobosy should buy their connection. I'll file a case against TIKONA in consumer court.
