Billing fraud & haressment while changing plans - idea nodal office

I have already emailed it at the required email addresses.. however you company doesn't bother to resolve it !!

Withholding information from the customer, leading to increase in revenue generation as a result of malpractice followed for years..

- On my number, I had activated the call conf. facility years back. Today I was apprised by the customer care that post 90 days of a number activation the consumer can get this service disabled and then enabled post which this will not be charged.

- This information was never shared with me when this service was activated. I need a refund post 90 days of this service activation till date without any further delay.
- What has been noted by me as of now may be the same case with many other consumers. I hope your REVENUE ASSURANCE team and the INTERNAL AUDIT teams do look into this matter immediately and start the refund process.

Concerns with regards to change in calling plans

- I called up the customer care to enquire about changing my calling plans ONLY along with the STD calling plan (excluding the Data Plans) . It was told to me that once the call plans are changed the data will also get de-activated.. NOTE the data plan was taken after a while and not with the activation of the voice plan. Please check your records.

POINT OF CONCERN : Data and voice packages are 2 SEPARATE packs, independent of each other.. Can you stop exploiting and harassing the consumers on this.
If i want only the VOICE PLAN changed, only the voice plan should get changed and not all.
