Tikona service are not refunding my money for account user id 1109583576 by the name of Tapan Pal.
I have recharged my account for 3 months in advance on 26 MARCH 2014 with Rs 3370. I had requested them for shifting to a new address on 25 March 2014 ,they told that will be done in within three days , at last tecnician came to mah new place on 31 march 2014 and said here we cannot provide service. I was shocked as i have just change two blocks in the same area as i was living earlier (old address 37/29 oldrajender nagar delhi and now new address: 4b/23 old rajender nagar delhi).
So i asked them either give me service or refund my money . After one week i got a call tikona services and they informed me that they will not refund me.
