Regarding complaints case #CHLDB809220214132736 at JC Chalet Juhu Mumbai

W​e would like to bring to your attention that a case of offline payment remains unpaid to us disregard of numerous complaints and phone call follow up.


We are currently using a credit card POS machine. Our accountant found out that on 18 Jan 2014, one of the payment was done offline in error by the machine. We called Worldline credit office and report this incident. However, til today 7/4/2014, we are still having the run around by Worldline office with new complaint numbers, case numbers, phone numbers......


The case number with technician came to our hotel: 125203, 55760, 54254, 54158, 54157 - 5 slips and visits with the same excuses: we would get this resolved.....NO NOTHING GET RESOLVED.

We talked to Supervisor: Mr. Yogesh Kansare numerous time, ensuring us a positive results......NOTHING GETS DONE.

We spoke to senior officer: Ms. Harsha, phone number 18602332332, was told several times that payment has been processed, or in the process of being done....NO ALL LIES.

We even send an email to their corporate office on 24/2: infoWL-in@worldline.com ...... NO RESPOND WHATSOEVER.

We do not understand an International company like Worldline will have this unprofessional, and dis-service as their business practice.
