Birla Trip is a Fraud Travel Agency

There is a Travel Agency naming birla trip who has taken my Rs 24000 for my trip and then on the day of travel they have written an email to me stating they can not provide me the facility anymore so in case you require refund please provide the Bank details.I have provided the bank details to them but still they have not refunded any of my amount. Also they have switched off all there numbers to whom they are contacting.
