Tata Docomo SIM not activated for 2.5 weeks, no response

Hi,

I had bought a new prepaid Tata Docomo SIM from a retailer in Marthahalli, Bangalore on 22-Mar-2014 and submitted all the relevant copies of documents. I was told the SIM will be activated within 4 days. Even after repeated follow-ups, the SIM is not activated yet (>2.5 weeks). The retailer says 'Activation Pending from Docomo' and Docomo says talk to the retailer for more info. I even asked to refund my amount and I can go with some other service provider, but the retailer said they can't.

I went in person twice to the shop, but no response (he didn't know, I wouldn't blame him). I had other personal things to do, and the number of visits to the shop is not justified anyways.

Please do the needful to activate the SIM as early as possible OR refund the amount. The retailer even told me this is happening many times with Docomo (I wish he had told before I bought the SIM).
