Worst Service done for Dio even after 5 visits problem could not be solved

Dear All,

To whom so it concern

My Vehicle No (KA-03 HN 4904) DIO



This is for you kind information, that i had left my White Dio to Saphire Honda Service station (Jayanagar branch) for regular service.


It was very painful experience for me,
The compliant was bike jerking at the initially due to some cluch problem,
They have charged me Rs.2500/- to get it serviced with along with Engine oils & other spares.
The Job card prepared by Tanveer & serviced by Syed the problem was not rectified at all & i had visited 4 times in the past week To get the things done. But the problem was not solved.
And 5th time they asked me to leave the vehicle. I left my bike for full day, This time again the JOB card issued by Mr.Tanveer & vehicle allotted to Senior Engg Prakash.
The problem was solved when the bike was delivered & after 10KM drive again problem seems to be continue.


I think there are not qualified engineers, Already 5 times i have visited this service Center & again the problem seems to be same.


Kindly suggest what to be done




We are fed up with the kind of service they do in this particular service station, they easily say drive for 500KM we shall rectify after that.
Everyday we visit service station to check & problem is not been solved.
