Dear Sir/ Mam, This is in reference to Karboon mobile handsets that i purchased on 05/08/2013 which developed a problem on 24/01/2014 as it was unable to operate as a resultant i went to karboon service center on 25/01/2014 in rohini, delhi where they deposited it and gave me a maximum time of a month as the part was not available with them.After a month when i went to the service center they asked me that within few more dates my handset would be with me.Its been more than two month i have just been receiving dates and deadlines only .In fact even karboon mobiles has been contacted by me n times but their reply remains the same that it is in process only and they will inform me when it will be rectified providing me with complaint no. imei no. (911322250548886).
I am forwarding you scan copy of job sheet of the service center.
I request you to kindly take this matter with them as they are unnecessarily delaying such a petty issue causing me extreme inconvenience & harassment.
