ATM DEC chanrges

I am facing problem ICICI bank is charging me a sum of 28.09 Rs as a ATM declined charges. I want to raise my voice against this. I think this is one of the way of cheating. It is doubtful if it is as per the RBI guideline.

There is no intimation about this charges. the bank does not instruct the customers about this charges. I think this is one of the way of cheating. As per the RBI guideline, if any new change is introduced, it needs to be intimated to consumer.

It is a possibility that a customer can mistakenly press a wrong amount to withdraw more money and also can be unaware of his current balance so may try to overwithdraw. But I think levying a charge for this by the bank is not fair.

If ICICI bank deducting money from one person is 28rs its not a big fraud,
but ICICI customers are more than 10 million if they deduct money from 1 million means it is a big fraud.

And on the top of it, it is been deducted after 45 days of transaction,
beacuse most of customers would not notice such a small amount after a long period.

I think this practice in unfair and if this is wrong I would like to know a way through which I can raise my voice against this.
