Reliance Postpaid Billing for the prepaid connection

Sub: Billing for the prepaid connection -reg


I was using reliance postpaid connections 2nos (9543102724 & 9543902724) for the past 1.5years and i have applied for the migration to prepaid on 18th feb 2014(application CAF No.701448642215 & 701448642204) and cleared outstanding amount Rs. 891/-(what they told) up to date, even though my deposit Rs.250/- with reliance. When i asked about deposit amount they told it will be refunded after adjusting any charges during the conversion period with in 90 days.


The migration was success message (confirmed by Reliance world, TTKroad also) i got from reliance and i have recharged on 01st Mar 2014 & 03rd Mar 2014 for using my prepaid connection.


But i got SMS for the bill of Rs. 243/-(i didn't get the bill or mail) and also got few calls from the reliance executives for asking to pay the bill, i have informed the details of conversion to them, after that they told we have updated your feedback, so you no need to pay we will adjust the deposit amount.(Msg on 25th Mar 2014: -"Your e-bill of 9543102724 for the month of Mar-14 has been sent to invalidemailid@invalid.com on 13-03-2014. Reliance")


After the due date of the bill, i got the threatening SMS and calls from reliance like,


"Dear Reliance Customer your Outgoing Facility will be barred.Pls pay over Due of Rs.243 Pls pay to enjoy uninterrupted service. Kindly ignore if already paid."
"Dear Reliance Customer your Incoming & Outgoing Facility will be barred. Pls pay Rs.243 to avoid service interruption. Pls ignore if paid."
"Dear Reliance Customer your Outgoing Facility will be barred.Pls pay over Due of Rs.243 Pls pay to enjoy uninterrupted service. Kindly ignore if already paid."


and Daily i am getting the automated calls from reliance, i have tried to contact the customer care but it very difficult to get. And last week i got a call from Dindigul reliance office stating to pay my bill with penalty Rs.100/- i have clearly explained the nature and i told them to adjust the bill amount in my deposit.


I have tried 198 for filing a compliant they are not providing the complaint number but they ask me to contact the reliance web world.


Yesterday they generated one more month bill for my prepaid connection and they have barred all my incoming and outgoing facility to my number(9543102724). "Your Current Bill Details - Previous Dues : Rs 243.44; Paid:Rs 0; Current Charges:Rs 211.24; Total Due:Rs 455; Due Date:29/04/2014. Reliance"


Its creating more pressure and i am worrying more due to this irresponsible service.


I want to file a compliant against the reliance communications for their Fraud and worst service.


Kindly help on this.
