AIRCEL 3G pack- money thug

This is to inform that I, Vikas Gupta, am a permanent user of services from AIRCEL bearing mobile no. 7539012356 for more than 6 months. I had a GPRS pack continuing that had data left and without any prior intimation money was deducted from my main balance and thus the balance was reduced to zero. I recharged with the data pack again that costed me Rs. 128 3G pack but still the problem continued. When I inquired about it, the customer care informed me that the rate was hiked to Rs. 155. I demanded my money back, but I was denied that too. This is completely unfair on the part of the company. First, the retailer also does not know about its price hike, secondly, the recharge was successful without any benefit received by me, and third, I am was not refunded the amount. I believe that any company resorting to any such menial means to make money is SHAMEFUL. When a personality like Dhoni is the brand ambassador of such thug company, it just disgusts me. I hope that this is just a technical fault on the part of the company that will be resolved, else it is very shameful way of making money.
