complaint on Micromax service centre

I have deposited my micromax A116 mobile in service centre on jan 31 .job sheet no 02011601147888225@ and repeatedly I have mailed called asking status till now they bluffed me telling 15 days statement. the@latest complaint no is 3101140205 which is given on 31/03/2014 again asking 15days time.till today 17/03/2014. 17 days over .Totally 76 days over .i have bought my mobile on november and i didnt used it for hardly 10 days .I can't@ extend my patience anymore.Micromax people responsed very poorly. Please guide me the right way to approach them with the help of consumer court.
