I had applied for Bajaj personal loan on 14 April 2013,
Bajaj employee gave commitment that loan will be disbursed in 3 days,
After many follow-ups I got SMS that loan disbursed on 25 April but not transferred to my account,
I called many timed to Bajaj employee on no transfer, He stopped picking my calls,
If I call from other number He picked phone & hering my voice he was telling that give me 30mins,
After 4 days of no response, My need of Loan was not cancelled,
I send SMS to Varun 9999930385 & Email for loan cancellation to varun.chaudhary@bajajfinance.com, varunchaudhary2008@gmail.com, harishkumaraug@gmail.com,
Alankrit.atal@bajajfinserv.in but there is no response from unprofesional bajaj staff.
On 2nd may I got amount transferred to account even after sending mail to cancel loan,
Moreover Loan transferred with Rs14000 deduction saying deduction of insurance & interest which is hided while taking documents,
Bajaj Finserv is cheating company & do business with false commitments & extra undue deductions,
Now I dont want this loan & every1 should be aware that Bajaj is one unorganised / uncultured company, They dont hire proper staff & dont have system to check customer grievances.
Bajaj staff have loan targets to achieve & trained to cheat needy customers.
Customers fall in trap looking at zero pre closing charges, where they deduct pre closing charges by other means.
