Grievance against Star Cj

I have purcahsed Electrolux grilled microwave from star cj 2 months back. In their advertisement they had shown that you can bake anything in this. I confirmed the same at the time of purchasing from their executive. But when I called the electrolux demo person he straight away told me that you cannot bake anything in this neither a simple sponge cake nor any kind of pizza. When I registered the complaint at star cj their senior executive is saying that we have not shown any such thing in ads. Infact my complaint was registered 2 weeks before and during this time the same ads is been telecast for atleast 4-5 times with same saying of baking cake and pizza. I have called several times at star cj and everytime their executive says that "YOU CAN BAKE ANYTHING". he also told me that star cj have sold many product with such fake ads and electrolux people have many complaints in this regard. But when I receive the call from their complaint department they just the deny the fats of telecasting any such thing. Yesterday when I called again on their number the person on other side is saying me that the lady in the ads is just "reheating pizza and not baking". And I really dont understand the sense behind this. I really wont my complaint to be solved and want my money back.
