xolo battery not avalilable in since long time any of the service centre xolo q700

I have sent the mail to Xolo customer care Aa per below

As per your advice, I visited and@met Mr. Nilesh. +91 9328876543 But he replied that the particular battery I was looking for was not in stock.

I am not satisfied with this reply and this service. I would be grateful if you look into the matter seriously or should I approach higher authorities.
