I lost my data card and called customer care to discontinue the services immediately or otherwise the the person who has stolen data card will continue to use the services .
It was mutually agreed at that time. But they continued generating bill for two months - March and April. They sent a legal notice to pay the outstanding bill for the services which I did not take and for the services which may be used by the person who has stolen the data card. They have fallen on their values to such an extent that they did not register my complaint for the same and are saying that till you don't pay the outstanding bill for un rendered services, your connection will not be suspended and you will have to pay the bills. The group as a whole has fallen in my eyes and I want to sue them for harassment caused. They are not providing me even with an e mail ID, neither are they giving me form to end the services at Reliance web world.
