TATA Croma Tablet - Service - Reg

Dear Sir,

I had brought TATA Corma Tablet on 5th Jan 2014 from TATA Croma T nagar, Chennai. It has got Tough Screen Problem in April.

I consulted TATA Corma, T nagar and They directed to submit the Tablet at Deprosys systems (authorised service center for TATA Corma).

As per corma directions, i have give my tablet for service on 5th April 2014. Today, After 1 month, i have not get back.

I have been calling, Deprosys for last 2 weeks, but nobody picks the call. 30 April 2014, i have made complaint at TATA Corma. They say they will revert back. But for 5 days no proper answer from TATA Croma.

Please help me by guiding, how to take forward to get back my tablet.
