The indane distributor 'Cooking Centre' in west bengal,dist-hooghly,rishra area, is creating problems in delivery of cooking gas cylinders.
They take the booking 15 days after the cylinder is delivered and then 20-25 days after booking is done we get the cooking gas delivered.
This takes a 40 day process.So the defined number of 12 gas cylinders in a year does not get fulfilled.
We need some action to be taken against them so that the customers do not suffer.
