Worst Customer Service from ACT BROADBAND

Hi Mr. Sunder Raju,

DO YOU GUYS HAVE ANY JUSTICE TO WHAT YOU ARE DOING????

This is very frustrating and we had an appointment for Saturday 3rd May at 2:00 PM the issue should have been resolved.
What the hell why the work is not yet completed.
I have spoke to 10Guys and they give different answers.
I want the JUSTICE to my pain which I have undergone.
I had to leave to my native by 3 PM but Praveen who is a field engineer requested had to stay back and had top postpone till 5 PM.
I called him on that day 5 Times and he responded that he is HOODI Signal and he will be there in 10 in (called at 4:00PM ) I waited till 4:30 PM and called him once again and he informed that he is stuck up in the HOODI BRIDGE and he will be there in 5 min. The work is completed at the other end and he also informed that if you are getting late u can leave and I will do the rest of the JOB.
I waited till 5:30 PM and I was very much frustrated I have a 1.2 Years old Son and I had to travel to Bpet which is about 100 Kms from my place where I had to travel by BUS and I was standing for the entire journey. You people doesn’t have the time sense. I had given the time for 2 PM and I had to extend my self till 5:30 PM. I had to waste about 3hrs 30 min. I had to stuggle and then go.

Till today the connection is not active and the physical line (optic Fire) is not layed. DO YOU GUYS HAVE ANY SENSE.. I called up yesterday and spoke to one of FOOL (Harish) who is supervisor and he is unfit to be in this JOB.
When I called yesterday and I spoke to him he is not able to find any resolution and he just informed that I am sorry I don’t know.. for any questions you ask he doesn’t have any answer. Then why is he known as FLOOR SUPERVISOR..

Today morning I called up the Nodal Team and spoke to Praveen from the Nodal Team and he informed that he will check on this and later he called me and informed that the field tech had met with the accident and so they were not able to complete it.
When I called the field tech yesterday he informed that he had come at 5:45 and I was not at home and when questioned him about the fibre optical cable he informed that there is an issue.. why the hell he has to lie and when the nodal officer conferenced the call with the field tech he is giving the different answer…. I cannot believe any of you guys,… I am very much frustrated with this…. I need the liquidated damages to be cleared before the connection getting activated.

They are very HUGE I need them to be cleared or I need the phone # of you I need to speak to you regarding the service that i have recieved from u Mr. Sundar Raju
