My name is Mohammed lmran Pasha using mobile no 9980550519 from airtel service since about 4 years and transfer prepaid to postpaid before about 9 months.
I was in airtel myplan 999 which was around 10hrs out going calls and 5gb 3g internet pack. On 19th feb 2014 a person called me from airtel and told me to change plan for better usage and I accepted and I changed my plan to Rs.399 for out calls 15hrs and Rs.650 plan Internet to unlimited usage.
Once I received the bill I saw my march bill was around Rs. 16000 I complained about that, they saw that they have done mistake that they not activated internet plan at correct time so internet usage amount was not discounted so they activated Rs.650 unlimited internet plan on 6th April 2014 and gave the discount for march bill. And not solved feb month bill.
Same way my bill problem is for feb 2014 and april 2014 which I have got around Rs.28000. For that I have complained lots of time every time they use to say your problem will be sold with in 48hrs or 72hrs and not yet solved, my last interaction with airtel customers care no. is 1493235025. Instead of solving my bills issue from airtel they tortured me daily in the morning by calling to pay bill amount. And I have requested them to solve my bill issue.
Kindly solve my above said request.
