Sir, i sunil Kumar p no. 252053322 of hapur branch(361) in UP had paid premium online on 29 Nov 2013 but first time some error occurred and I made 2nd attempt immediately. later on while checking my a/c balance both txn. were successful. i raise a quarry with lIC, they told me that 1 txn. was successful , so for refund contect to my bank. I contact to my bank and they confirmed that both txn. were successful to LIc. now again i raise a complain to lic but again they told that they got only 1 txn. confirmed towards my policy. Please do need ful as early as possible because it is almost 06 months to this.
