Service Centre not responding properly.

I have purchased Micromax A110Q in Aug, 2013. Phone was working properly until one day when phone stopped detecting charger. I went to Service Centre in Noida(back of Vinayak Hospital). After visiting for 3 days in a single week, they finally returned me the set. BUT THE RETURNED SET HAD BELOW ISSUES NOW:
1. Reverse charging - Battery discharging automatically.
2. One of the two sims could not be detected.

I had to return the set back to the service centre. They said they would return me the repaired set within one day. But, enquiring the set again and again for consecutive 4 days, i am still getting a reply that I need to wait for 2 more days. This is really frustrating as i don't have another hand set. Feeling really poor to purchase micromax set. Please help.
