This is a very frustrated customer being a part of BSNL Karnataka Family I was using this Services for about 8 Years and this is ridicules where we as a human beings are being cheated by the BSNL itself being a government service This is in regard with the complaint ID : 18KT304001. Where I called today from 9481453584 at 11:00 PM and some one picked up the call as if he has just woke up from bed and he informed that you have done some goofup by sending the sms to activate the job Alert Services. Where in I haven't used this phone number from 3 days and he informed that I sent the SMS on 16th Jun 2014. This is actually a clear cut robbery involved in my case as I have stored the SMS which I have sent since 1st June 2014. I have all my SMS Stored and can prove that I haven't sent the SMS. the agent disconnected the call. Called back from 9449730612 spoke to Mahesh R and he doesn't know English at all and was not able to understand what I am speaking and he used a BAD Word on me as well as I was not able to correspond with him in English asked him to transfer the call to Senior Executive where he transferred to 4 Different people whom I think they are not senior Executive, they just put me on hold and at last after 23 min on phone I spoke to a guy by name sanjeev murthy where he asked me to explain the issue and I explained him the issue and he also informed that I have activated the job alert service when informed that I have done it he informed that he will deactivate the same and wanted to close the call when checked for the refund he denied asked me to walkin to the nearest Telephone Exchange and check with them. I am not sure what does the telephone exchange do when its a clear cut FRAUD Happening with me. Later I told him that I am gonna escalate to higher officials then he informed that he will get the amount refunded in 24hrs. This is a clear cut FRUAD being happened with me being a educated person I was able to get the amount back,.. but if it is a illiterate then you can imagine... being a GOVT Company I am ashamed that they are also involved in corruption. when will this india be corruption free country. Really sorry to use these words but I am very unhappy with the BSNL.. so shifting from BSNL to AIRTEL.
I also called up and followed this with them and spoke to a lady and she informed that the request for can was only done and she will take the request for the refund. (21st June 2014)
Today when I called spoke to Guru Swamy and he disconnected the call and abused me as well. when called back and spoke to him and he informed that he has disconnected the call as he is not able to understand English. If he is not able to understand a simple English then why the HELL is he In the Customer Care Job and also a part of Senior Customer Care Dept.
Called back and spoke to him and he informed that "he was not able to understand so he did disconnected the call " bloody why did he disconnected the call who gave him the authorities to disconnect the call and who is he to scold me....
I am not gonna spare any one in BSNL Office... Bloody Cheaters and Big Frauds.
Please don't go for BSNL... This is one of the Cheap @@@@ing network.. go for any other services.
