- I had recharged my number 9798615639 with Rs.156 on the date 28th May, 2014. Validity of this data was upto 27th June, 2014. But suddenly my whole data(550MB remain) just disappeared 22nd June, 2014 and it's started showing validity till 22nd June, 2014.
- I thought it would be a temporary problem and as I was in need of internet connectivity I recharged again with Rs. 156 on 22nd June, 2014 which provides 1GB 3G data with 1 month of validity. But It didn't work, Internet was not even connecting. When I checked the data today, Now it just connects and disconnects and the data is now gone, just shows 0.00 MB is valid till 21-07-2014 .
- I tried to call customer service team on 198. But It just rings and disconnects.
- I had used reliance instant recharge website for recharging. Receipt id is AMIR56685212 of 22nd June 2014 recharge.
- Now Internet is not connecting and I have lost my balance also.
I request to please credit the data as soon as possible. Awaiting for your response.
