Airtel broad band bill

Dear Sir,

On 08-05-2013 some one from legal department of Airtel has called up and said I need to pay 1431.23 Rs as the outstanding is still pending.
Informed the representative that the connection has bee closed many days before and in the month of february and there is no outstanding pending.


From the day of shifting and cancellation of broad band connection never the Airtel broaband team bothered about the tickets raised and they have given the false promises every day.
From the last week of January I have raised tickets for the shifting and then the cancellations.

I have raised for shifting of connection on 31st jan 2013, but the shofting is not done as airtel dont have the broand band coverage in new area.
In the mean while they never call up for the shifting I myself called up and asked fo shofting as early as possible.
Then I called up and raised the cancellation on 07 feb 2013 as Airtel people didnt respond to the previous requests and as they didn't bother about the shift in connection.
Airtel representatives they called up and said you are esteemed customer and we need one more chance we will give you the connection with in two - three days.
Then the issue was still pending and one day they called up and said that network is not available and hence they will not be able to provide the connection.
With out the prior knowledge they have promised me that they will shift and they have never done that.
In between some of the representatives from cancellation, billing desk they promised me that the bill amount of 1000, 800 , 500 will be waived off and none of the promise is kept by them.

As I didn't use the broadband I informed airtle people that I will not be able to make the payment if there is any pending amount.
The same information I asked the representative to note in the ticket for future references.

Atlast they have taken the cancellation request and said it will be done and said there is outstanding and they have closed the account.

Today some one from the Legal deaprtment called up and said they will file a case in court.
I asked the representative to go through the tickets which were raised from the january 2013.
She replied "They will not have access to the interactions and as there is outstanding left I need to pay the same."
I asked the representative "To go through the details as there is need to pay the amount for whcih I didnt use."
Airtel representative said "She will confirm the details and get back. I sid ok."

Today 08-05-2013 representative raised a ticket stating above information and ticket number 29151100.
As per the information provided by the Airtel representative -Mr.Rizwan.
"The amount 1431.20 Rs is been billed for the months Feb-2013 and Mar-2013.This must 1431.23 Rs (waive off has to be done) must be waived off."

Now please update the things what should I do?
If the fault is from the Airtel "Why I should bear the money for their mistake ? "
