Launched a Complain on 27 May regarding this issue.
I even called nodal regarding this but still no response.
SO far no communication from reliance regarding the status or update.
Purchased new Broadband Connection on 29 April and from 29 april to 27 may internet has been dead for 15 days and still dead and no response from reliance so far.
Please let me know if you're going to resolve the issue or i should switch to another ISP as your local Customer support Sucks.They never contact or update the customer regarding the issue they're facing even after launching complains and calling them personally for the updates.
I just want to hear final words from reliance regarding the status weather you're going to resolve the issue or not.
If yes i want to know when and if know please let me know the cancellation formalities and refund procedures to close this connection.

Finally after so much hassle i switched to mtnl broadband and disconnected reliance broaband connection.
Complain for closing reliance broadband was launched on 22 but was closed on 2 july.
Now when i asked for waiver they keep cancelling my waiver request for useless reasons saying your complain is not resolved yet so we cannot provide you waiver.
Well but my connection is disconnected so all complains should be closed.
Waiver duration 1 :I need waiver from 27may to 31 may as my broadband got disconnected from 27 and i have a pre rental plan so i had already payed for broadband usage till 31 may.
Waiver duration 2 :I need waiver from 1 june to till my last payment was valid as my broadband got disconnected from 27 and i have a pre rental plan so i had already payed for broadband usage till 31 may and then i made another payment of 441 for the another duration.
