Its been more than 2 weeks that i am facing issues in the Airtel DTH connection but other than receiving calls from the Airtel service team nothing else has been resolved. Its been more than a week that I am being told that the HD box shall be replaced with a new one or a working one but whenever i call the Area sales manager and the Airtel setvice team representative i get an answer that the HD boxes are yet to arrive and the reason is not known for the delay.
Inspite of paying for the HD box I am unable to watch TV. Airtel has been a big pain till now and the service sucks big time. Airtel just knows how to fool people and nothing else.
