I made a booking through makemytrip with booking ID: NF2202334135035.
In passenger details my First name was taken as "Aa" even though I entered my full name: "Aakriti". This mistake happened from company's end and in spite of that their customer care shouts at customer. I was forced to cancel the tickets and book a new one because of lack of assistance from makemytrip.
ALSO THEIR SITE DOES NOT ALLOW USERS TO REVIEW THEIR PERSONAL INFORMATION BEFORE THE FINAL PAYMENT IS MADE.
When they do not allow user to review their personal details but allow them to review their flight details I guess they take the sole responsibility if there are exceptions to that. First of all their website have not taken my First Name correctly, secondly they revert saying I entered the wrong name. So convenient for them to say that. Consumers enjoy entering their partial details according to them.
I request to refund me my amount of Rs. 4000/-
