tikona cheating customers... worst customer service...

Plan Details:
4-Mbps till 50GB After that
2-Mbps unlimited

I used around 44-45GB for which its shown Retail-4096 plan in usage history (with speeds 3.2-3.9 Mbps) and after that
plan changed to 2048S(secondary) but here i got speed only 80Kbps - 800Kbps and 800Kbps is very rare... mostly 360-400Kbps

called customer care many times

1st day morning
when i told my problem they argued with me that my plan is 2Mbps and now its in secondary i.e. 512Kbps
after then i argued then they agreed with it and asked me to reboot in safe mode and test but result is the same...and they said its some problem with tower and they are replacing the battery... and my issue will be resolved within 8hrs.

evening
same problem and he also argued with me the same and after i told he agreed by checking in their system and said my issue is not resolved and it will be escalated.

the next day
still not resolved
called in evening and said some advance technical team officer will be calling me
after 2hrs. advance technical team officer called me and said its not 2Mbps but its UPTO2Mbps which will vary in-between 512-2Mbps which is NOT declared in website.

if it all its UPTO2Mbps we should be getting at least 1.5Mbps but its always below 600Kbps.

the call got disconnected in between.. neither he called me nor the callback was answered to the number from which i received the call.

after that i again called toll free number then without seeing my pending issues he again asked me for the problem this time he said advance technical team officer will be calling me again.

2days passed no call from them and my issue is not resolved.

and from that day my internet experience became the worst and some regular oops! exception is shown in browser after 2-5 refreshes the webpage will be loaded.
same with the login page it will hang on please wait... page.

faced tower issue many times previously so thought of moving to other broadband service but as promised by our local executive that he would be personally taking care of my issues i'm continuing with this... but now when i tried to call him he's leaving a message that he's in a meeting or he's busy...

worst service i've ever seen.
