GUNTUR(DIST), ANDHRA PRADESH, CELL : 9985966306. My Father and Mother has taken a policy in Reliance that is CASH FLOW PLAN in August 2012.

The agents are cheated my father and mother by tell the false policy and cheated my family. One day my father received a call from reliance that agent was telling that your mobile number is win on the lucky draw and you win a 1 lakh rupee insurance free. And tell that you may come take your bonds. This call come from agents.And my father and mother was went there and some girls are there in the office. They tell that there are new policies are there which are benefit to the customers. Once you listen they told and we are sit there to listen. They tell the policy like this Only we have to pay 5 years premiums. But we have seen in the policy documents that we have to pay 16 years policy. That is very very fraud thing that may not notice:

These are the policy details we got in my policy documents. Here we are
paying 5000 per month. 5000 x 16years = 80000. we are paying but we are getting total 47,200 to my father and 52,370 to my mother. What this policy sir . We are from poor family and we are cheated by reliance. Nobody can’t take like this policy. Telling lies about policy getting highest money anybody will take interest to take policy.

They tell this policy like this and this is CASH FLOW PLAN. At the time of the policy taken the reliance office is located at PALNADU ROAD, NARASARAOPET, GUNTUR(DIST), A.P. and after one month we receive the bond and we go to that office and asked the policy documents the policy is entirely different which the agents have told. We asked them but they told that don’t worry we told that procedure that procedure only we will get the amounts don’t worry they told. They told ignore the documents. We are they know to take care about you. And next the office was shifted to ARUNDELPET, UP STAIRS of CHAITANYA GODAVARI BANK, NARASARAOPET, GUNTUR(DIST),A.P. At the time my second premiums paying day we again went to the office and again we asked about policy they again told the same don’t worry. And we pay the second premium. And three months my friend who is working in LIC they see my policy documents and told me that you are cheated by reliance you did not got that money they told to me and my father. And immediately we went to that office but the office was closed and they is nobody there then we found that we are cheated by reliance. I already put the complaint against reliance in internet in reliance complaint cell. There is no response. That’s why we are putting the complaint to you sir.

Sir this is my humble request sir to take action and survive me by this we are not able to continue this policy. So take necessary action and give the money back to me sir.

Take the action immediately and give the best solution to me sir. We are not interested to continue the policy. Please reply immediately. If we solve the problem and you give the new policy or correcting the policy. We are continue the policy. This is the month we have to pay the 3^rd installment.
