I've ordered washing machine from Infibeam.com on 2nd July,2014,where infibeam promised to ship with in 10-12 days.
But for my order(13275055) they said it will be shipped by 16th July,2014 as stated in ordered history.
So,i've waited till 16th July end of the day waiting for the product to get shipped ,But the status in infibeam.com shows "still processing the order".
I've called on 16th July at 9:00 and inquired about the delay in shipping and the customer executive guy said he has no info on that and told it suppose to ship by today,so he escalated the matter to escalation team for an enquiry for the product being delay in shipping and given some complaint numb.Still i didn't receive any mail or phone but they've mentioned in infibeam.com that "they required more information".
I called and asked for the product what abouts,they replied stating the product is out of stock now and can't deliver the product.And said they would send and alternative product which was not listed in display on Infibeam.com and neither i didn't see nor know the specifications.I've made lot of enquiry and at last decided to buy (Whirlpool Agitronic 722sd 7.2 Kg Top Loading Washing Machines, frosted grey ) washing machine.
Now simply they sent a mail with out any shame as it's not their fault still "can't deliver the product and provide alternative product for replacement.They have charged my full amount.
I recommend compensation from Infibeam for keeping me long wait or else want the product to deliver my home with in 10days now
Infibeam.com is such a cheap and vulnerable website online please don't buy any product from this site as they are not keeping their promise and not respecting customers aspirations.
