I had a salaried Citibank suvidha account in Bangalore A/C No# 5941169807, I had changed my company and then my salary was not crediting into this account, since then the bank deducted service charges without informing me, In soo late I called them today (21 july, 2014) and asked regarding the amount i last for the service charges... one customer care lady said she can revert one month service charge, I asked for all the total money and questioned how can you deduct without informing the customer, she transferred the call to her manager ( she said call going to connect to manager), that manager repeated "I am confirming that we already informed to you by SMS, Email and also by a letter to the registered letter" she repeated this severaltimes, she will not refund all the lose, but she can refund for 6 months deductions.... again the call transferred to some one said they can refund 12months at max.... I dont understand the game what they playied.... I did not received any SMS on my registered mobile no, but they said they sending the account statement every month... i did not received any SMS, she again confirmed that they sent sms and they have a tool to check, I CONFIRMED THAT I DID NOT RECEVED ANY LETTER REGARDING THE SERVICES CHARGES, SMS SINCE ALONG TIME... She said we are "REALLY SORRY FOR THE INCONVENCE" happend... they did not confirm that "really sorry" can be compensate all my lose....is there any chance to get back all my money.... which deducted without informing me for any reason.the deductions may be liable, my question is how can you deduct without informing customer/that is me.thanksHari8861636336
