My number is fully DND, but a VAS service activated on my reliance number, and 6 rupes deducted, when I called to customer care he refund my money and told me that service is deactivated, but after 2 days again my 5 rupes deducted, when I called to customer care they told me we can't refund, so I have to suffer for there mistake, I have messages from customer care ..
