This is regarding the Active packs activated to my account without my confirmation , I already to complained to TATA sky Customer Care service but there are lying and not interested in solving the problem, even i say stop the service forever and close the connection , still they are not interested to solve the problem.
ok. On 14 July i received promotional call from Tata Sky people , saying that , you are customer since 2008 and they have offer for me. Lady told information about the Active Vedic Maths package which will be charged 5 Rs per day . She just told me information about the package , neither she ask me about the activation and nor i did ask about the activation. Rather she told me that to activate this package I need to press the blue button on remote. Ok ..this is about the call and this call was on my alternate number, not on the number on which i owe the connection. On the same day i received message regarding the activation of Vedic maths Package. I complained regarding thrice this but they are not solving the problem. Instead they are lying and put the charging if i ask to stop the active packs.
Today I received call from Tata Sky , Man told that we received call from tata sky on 14th July on Registered Mobile Number regarding the activation. This is their first lie. I did not receive call on RMN , but received on alternate number. Second is i did not ask them to activate any packages. i asked them to check to the Recorded call but there are not interested. I asked him to deactivate the active services , he say , packs is locked for three months, I have pay the three months amount in advance. See, how are lying. I did not activate the package but they are asking me to pay else continue with service.
This is not the first time. Everytime they call and tell me your are customer since 2008 and you have this and that offer for free, later i found they are charging me and i cann't drop the package. is this my mistake to be their customer since 2008 ?????? they calls frequently with promotional calls , tired of that.
Please solve this problem and I don't want any more calls from your side regarding this, you have already provided the resolution of paying unnecessary charges..... if you can the problem then okay else i have to forget the tata sky. Please tata sky people dont call , tired of your calls. rather reply by email if you solve the problem.
