SUB: NOTICE BEFORE FILING CONSUMER COMPLAINT
Dear Sir,
1) I had booked a ticket from Delhi to Pune for 2nd April, 2013 from Yatra.com. The booking reference number was 10623829 and spicejet airline PNR was ZEHFDM. I cancelled the same ticket on 1st April.
2) I was told that I will receive my refund in 6-7 working days, i.e., by 09/04/2013 (maximum)
3) But till date (after one month) after multiple calls, I have not received any refund. The customer care executives are very rude and every time I call, they tell me that it is small amount and will come in 2-3 days.
4) I have not received my money back even after one month of cancellation of the ticket.
5) I have called yatra.com multiple times, customer care executives are not giving any clear picture and are arrogant and rude and telling me that it takes time to refund.
6) Refund me the full amount within 2 working days with 12% interest else Iwill file a complaint with the Consumer Forum as you are protected under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.
7) My complaint with the customer court will be at yatra.coms cost and expenses, and I will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to deficiency in services by yatra.com.
