Tikona Broadband TERRIBLE service record

I am attaching snap shots I have taken for the ping status of what kind of connection I am getting.


I already posted snap-shots yesterday i.e. 4th August but no-one replied or think no-one even bothered to check it.


I have posted all complaint no on 30th July for last 3 months. That time Tikona care replied that they will check this.


Since then I am still facing same problems of very slow internet & continuous disconnections.
